First, please keep in mind that not all businesses require all levels of protective equipment. As per the Workplace Guidance for Business Owners document, business owners should conduct hazard assessments to identify exisiting and potential hazards related to COVID-19. Where elimination of these hazards is not possible or reasonable, they should be controlled. Please review the Workplace Guidance for Business Owners document and specifically the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) page as your first step. This page explains the levels of controls that businesses can use.
