The Drumheller & District Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the return of the Building Enhancement Grant Program in partnership with the Town of Drumheller and Community Futures Big Country. Applications will open starting January 2 with a deadline of February 15, 2023.

Local businesses are encouraged to start thinking about enhancing their building exteriors and interiors. The grant program will provide funding of up to 50% of renovation costs to a maximum of $6,000 (new for 2023) for any one business or property for either an exterior or interior enhancement. Also new for 2023, eligible exterior enhancements will include murals.

The Drumheller & District Chamber of Commerce, Drumheller Valley Family and Community Support Services/Town of Drumheller, Rotary Club of Drumheller and Travel Drumheller partners are excited to introduce a new streamlined online nomination process for all awards. Nominations can be submitted online at www.drumhellercelebrationofexcellence.com now through March 24, 2023. The new Celebration of Excellence website will also feature event information including sponsors and event ticket sales.

The Drumheller & District Chamber of Commerce along with Community Futures Big Country and the Town of Drumheller are pleased to announce $40,000 has been committed to 13 local businesses through the Building Enhancement Grant Program.

The Drumheller & District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards will be presented at the 2023 Celebration of Excellence Awards Gala on Thursday, June 8th at the Badlands Community Facility, and you can help determine the award winners!

The Drumheller and District Chamber of Commerce will host a Political Candidates’ Forum on Tuesday, May 23 at the Badlands Community Facility – Banquet Hall A for candidates running in the Drumheller-Stettler electoral division. Doors will open to the public at 6:30 p.m. with the forum commencing at 7:00 p.m. sharp.
